Refund and Returns Policy

At Cartglas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist with returns or exchanges. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for all the necessary details.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products must not be on the “final sale” list or marked as non-returnable (e.g., personalized or custom items).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

  • Online Returns: Contact our customer support team at info@cartglas.com to request a return authorization. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • In-Store Returns: You can return items purchased online or in-store directly to our Cartglas location at 2518 Cross Village Dr, Miamisburg, Ohio, with proof of purchase.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Prepaid Return Labels: In cases where the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label at no extra charge.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cartglas.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.

7. Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as clearance items or personalized products, are marked as “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
