Shipment Policy

At Cartglas, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipment Policy outlines the processes, shipping methods, costs, and other relevant details regarding the delivery of your purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak periods (e.g., holiday seasons, promotional events), processing times may take longer.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Cartglas offers various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (subject to availability and shipping area).
Exact delivery dates will be provided at checkout based on your selected shipping option.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Cartglas offers free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States (excluding taxes and fees).
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (within the contiguous United States).
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
- Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Available for additional fees, depending on the selected service and location.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship to locations within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Cartglas is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately to make changes before the order is processed.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Cartglas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, any delays are beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please refer to the tracking information provided or contact our customer service team for assistance.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged goods or proof of loss.
9. Delivery Issues and Failed Deliveries
In the event that a package is not delivered due to issues such as incorrect address information or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship or re-route the order. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment.
10. PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box as your address, please provide a physical shipping address at checkout.
We do ship to U.S. Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. These orders may take longer to process and deliver due to the nature of military shipments.
11. Gift Orders
If you are sending a gift, you can have the order shipped directly to the recipient. During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s shipping address and select any gift wrapping or special instructions.
